Recipes with storyes
The LAG farm recipe book should contain recipes from across the AG cooperation project partners, with each recipe showing the farmer behind it, stating hw the food was produced and its history to show the potential consumers the real value of their food.
The
food will tell a story about 
the tradition and innovation and love for farming.
Across Europe there are farm open days taking place, with farm schools and on-farm cooking activities, bringing consumers closer to agriculture & food, and this book aims to draw attention to this.
